Medical , Dental, Vision McCarty-Hull, Inc. is proud to offer our teammates a comprehensive insurance package. We offer 4 different medical insurance plans and two dental plans, so you are able to decide which plan works best for you. We also offer a vision plan. Full time, non-exempt teammates are eligible to enroll into these plans on the first day of the pay period after 90 days of employment.
Flexible Spending Accounts We offer health care and dependent care spending accounts. Both of these plans utilize pre-tax dollars, so you can save!
Retirement Plan McCarty-Hull, Inc. offers a 401(k) retirement plan. Full-time teammates are eligible to participate after 90 days of employment on the first day of the quarter (Jan 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1). Teammates can contribute up to the IRS limit.
Life Insurance We provide full-time teammates life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment up to one times your annual salary (minimum of $30,000 and maximum of $50,000). This is at no cost to eligible teammates! Our teammates also have the option of buying supplemental insurance for you, your spouse and your child(ren).
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Our teammates and their household members are covered by our EAP. The EAP gives our teammates access to phone consultations, face-to-face counseling, online resources, childcare & eldercare resources, and legal or financial services.
Vacation/Time Off Benefits We offer extensive vacation and time off benefits. Time off awarded each year depends on years of service. Time off/vacation is awarded on January 1st of each year.
Holidays McCarty-Hull, Inc. observes 6 holidays each year.
Discounts Our teammates are eligible to enroll with Perkspot to receive online discounts. Perkspot offers online discounts and in-store coupons on many popular items and services (cell phone discounts, car rental, theme park tickets, clothing, etc.)
